Our Hand made Spanish Herb Mills are filled with Imported Organic “Herbs De Provence” from the South France and can be refilled over and over again with any herbs you choose. 

The key to intensify the flavor and aromatics of store bought spices, herbs and seasoning is to crush or "muddle" them. this brings out the natural oils and "kicks up" those bland boring herbs to add a kick to any of your recipes. 

The level of coarseness can be adjusted with 5 different settings from very fine to course. Just turn the handle like a pepper mill and enjoy the full potential and aromas of the herbs. Or tap the handle to dispense the herbs whole. Great for roasting, soups or stews.
